Various innovations need to be made to improve human capital in line with the requirements of Industry 4.0. A fundamental step that universities need to take is to review and redesign the curriculum, encourage mobility programs for foreign talents, and establish partnerships with stakeholders, including industries and governments as users of university graduates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This conference aims to provide a main forum for the scientific community to discuss and debate on the potential of digital transformation, interdisciplinary and related technology standardization, and the impact of technology on society and culture during the pandemic.
