Author Information
AUTHOR FOR INFORMATION SUBMISSION
When submitting a paper for publication, it is essential to adhere to the guidelines and requirements set forth by ICCIT 2026 conference. One crucial aspect to keep in mind is to ensure that your paper meets the minimum standards for acceptance and does not go into auto-rejection (high similarity, bad English, wrong format). To prevent this, authors should carefully read the submission guidelines and pay attention to the specific requirements for formatting, content, and citation style. You should also ensure that your paper is well-structured and clearly written, with a concise and coherent argument. Additionally, you should review your work thoroughly to check for any errors, typos, or inconsistencies. Failure to meet these criteria can result in automatic rejection of the paper, therefore, it is essential to take the time and effort to review and revise your work before submitting it for review.
SUBMISSION PLATFORM
Paper submission is done through the Microsoft CMT system. If you already have an account for Microsoft CMT just login with your existing account. If you don’t have an Microsoft CMT account you can register on the Microsoft CMT Registration Page or during the paper submission process
SIMILARITY CHECK
Most academic institutions and publishers use plagiarism detection software to check for similarity between submitted papers and existing literature. As a general rule, aiming for a similarity score of less than 20% is recommended. This means that the paper should not contain more than 25% of content that matches other sources, including direct quotes, paraphrasing, and citations. To achieve this, you should carefully cite all sources and use quotation marks or block quotes when directly quoting text from other sources. Additionally, you should ensure that your writing is original and reflects your own ideas and perspectives. It is important to note that similarity scores are just one factor that is considered when evaluating a paper and that other factors, such as originality, relevance, and contribution to the field, are also taken into account.
LANGUAGE
English is the working language of the conference. If English is not your native language, please have your papers read by a native English speaker, or seek online services proofreading to improve the language of your papers. Please note that your paper is subject to further review, and it may be rejected if it is deemed that English of your paper is not acceptable.
PAPER PREPARATION (DOC/DOCX FORMAT) AND TEMPLATE
All manuscripts must be prepared on A4-size pages using the official Atlantis Press manuscript template. The recommended paper length is between six (6) to eight (8) pages, including figures, tables, and references. Authors who wish to exceed this limit may do so up to a maximum of ten (10) pages, subject to an additional fee per page for each page beyond the eighth. Please ensure that your manuscript follows the structure: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Method, Result, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. The editorial committee reserves the right to reject submissions based on relevance, quality, originality, or failure to adhere to the formatting guidelines.

The proceedings will be Open Access, allowing for maximum visibility and global citation. All published papers will be submitted for indexation to major databases (e.g., Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar) subject to meeting the quality standards of the publisher.
