Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahab Abdul Rahman
Keynote Speaker 01

Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahab Abdul Rahman, MSEE., BSC.

Professor Abdul Wahab started his career with Hewlett Packard Singapore as a production engineer and was then given the post of R&D Project Manager since 1982. He has worked in Singapore and Colorado, USA prior to joining the faculty member of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 1990.

In 2009, he joined the Kulliyyah of Information and Communication Technology, International Islamic University, Malaysia. Professor Abdul Wahab has published more than 100 conference papers, journal papers, patents and book chapters in areas of digital and optical computing, signal processing, Artificial Intelligence, neuroscience and computing.

His areas of expertise include digital system design based on reconfigurable logics, speech processing, speech enhancement, speech recognition, speaker identification, and integrating signal processing with fuzzy neural networks.

His current research focuses on understanding and analyzing brain developmental disorders using EEG and ECG as neuro-cardio physiological data, as well as modeling of the brain and the heart.

Professor Abdul Wahab has also contributed extensively to professional, educational, humanitarian and community organizations in Singapore, including Mercy Relief Singapore, the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce, MUIS, and various technical and educational institutions. He has received several awards recognizing his academic, professional and humanitarian contributions.

Prof. Dr. Akram M. Z. M. Khedher

Dr. Akram Mohammed Zeki is a Professor at Kulliyyah of Information and Communication Technology at International Islamic University Malaysia.

He has held several administrative positions, including Coordinator for Postgraduate Studies, Head of Research, Deputy Director of CENTRIS, and Acting Director.

He has supervised more than 30 master's and PhD students and leads several research grants under national and international programs.

Prof. Akram has authored more than 10 books, published over 155 publications indexed in Scopus, and contributed more than 45 book chapters. He has also received several university and national-level awards.

He serves as an editor of the Journal of Science and Technology (JST) and the International Journal of Islamic Applications in Computer Science and Technologies (IJASAT). He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Trustee Member of the International Computing Institute of Quran and Islamic Sciences.

Prof. Dr. Ankur Singh Bist, B.Tech., M.Tech., Ph.D

Prof. Dr. Ankur Singh Bist, B.Tech., M.Tech., Ph.D currently serves as an Associate Professor at Graphic Era Hill University, India.

He has also accumulated professional experience in the artificial intelligence industry, demonstrating a strong background in both academia and applied research.

He possesses expertise in Machine Learning, Malware Analysis, and emerging research trends in computer science.

Dr. Bist holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science and Engineering and is recognized as a strong education professional with substantial contributions to the field.

Prof. Dr. Po Abas Sunarya
Keynote Speaker 04

Prof. Dr. Po Abas Sunarya, M.Si

Dr. Po Abas Sunarya, M.Si., is a distinguished Indonesian academic and researcher. He earned a Master's degree in Management from Pasundan University (UNPAS), Bandung.

He previously completed his undergraduate and master's studies in State Administration Science, and later obtained a doctoral degree in Public Administration.

Dr. Sunarya currently serves as the Rector of Universitas Raharja, Tangerang.

His academic contributions include research on the development of an eco-friendly creative economy model in the Cirata Reservoir area of West Java, initiatives to improve learning quality through the implementation of the e-IMEi portfolio module, and the application of e-business strategies for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

His scholarly works have been published in various international journals, reflecting his expertise and sustained contributions in the fields of management and public administration.
