Prof. Mohammed Ali Berawi
General Chair of ADI

Mohammed Ali Berawi, M.Eng.Sc., Ph.D., is a Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia. He earned his doctoral degree in Value Engineering and Innovation from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom, a Master of Engineering Science (M.Eng.Sc.) from University of Malaya, and a professional engineering degree (Ir.) from Universitas Indonesia. In 2024, he received an Honorary Doctorate from Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University, Russia.
Throughout his academic career, he has held several international appointments, including Visiting Scholar at the Department of Civil Engineering and Environment, University of Washington (2017), Visiting Professor at University of Malaya (2023), and Professor at the Graduate School of Industrial Economics, Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University (2019–2023).

He previously served as Editor-in-Chief of Value World, the journal of SAVE International (2008–2014), and as Editor-in-Chief of the Scopus-indexed International Journal of Technology (IJTech) (2010–2024). His scholarly achievements have been widely recognized: he was listed by Webometrics as one of Indonesia’s Top Scientists (2015–2017), named among the Top 500 Indonesian Best Researchers by the Ministry of Research and Technology (2020), and ranked within the Top 2% of the World’s Best Scientists by Elsevier and Stanford University (2021–2024). In addition to his academic contributions, he has held significant leadership roles in public policy and national development. These include serving as Lead Advisor to Indonesia’s Ministry of Transportation (2012), Chairman of the Standing Committee on Infrastructure Strategic Policies at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (2021), and Member Secretary of the Presidential Advisory Council (2020–2022). Since 2022, he has served as Deputy for Green and Digital Transformation at the Nusantara Capital Authority.

He currently holds several prominent leadership positions, including Chairman of the Asosiasi Dosen Indonesia (ADI) (2022–2027), Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Forum of Science and Technology Professional Organizations (FOPI) (2023–2026), Director of the Center for Sustainable Infrastructure Development (CSID), Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network for Sustainable City and Urban Development (AUN-SCUD), and Working Group Leader for Smart Cities at the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) Sustainable Cities and Landscapes (SCL).

Dr. Po Abas Sunarya, M.Si

Dr. Po Abas Sunarya, M.Si., is a distinguished Indonesian academic and researcher. He earned a Master’s degree in Management from Pasundan University (UNPAS), Bandung. He previously completed both his undergraduate and master’s studies in State Administration Science, and later obtained a doctoral degree in Public Administration.

Dr. Sunarya currently serves as the Rector of Universitas Raharja, Tangerang. His academic contributions include research on the development of an eco-friendly creative economy model in the Cirata Reservoir area of West Java, initiatives to improve learning quality through the implementation of the e-IMEi portfolio module, and the application of e-business strategies for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

His scholarly works have been published in various international journals, reflecting his expertise and sustained contributions in the fields of management and public administration.

Prof. Dr. Ankur Singh Bist, B.Tech., M.Tech., Ph.D currently serves as an Associate Professor at Graphic Era Hill University, India. He has also accumulated professional experience in the artificial intelligence industry, demonstrating a strong background in both academia and applied research.

He possesses expertise in Machine Learning, Malware Analysis, and emerging research trends in computer science. Dr. Bist holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science and Engineering and is recognized as a strong education professional with substantial contributions to the field.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Richardus Eko Indrajit, M.Sc., M.B.A., M.Phil., M.A. is a distinguished academic, researcher, and professional in the fields of technology, business, and management. Prof Eko, is a prominent figure in Indonesian education and a leading expert in information technology. He currently serves as the Rector of Universitas Pradita.

Prof. Dr. Richardus Eko Indrajit is recognized for his pioneering work in digital technology and information systems. He is a sought-after speaker and contributor to various seminars and workshops, and he has authored numerous books and journals published both nationally and internationally. In addition to his academic roles, Prof. Eko Indrajit is a member of the Pengurus Besar Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) and serves as the Chairman of the Smart Learning and Character Center (PSLCC) within PGRI, where he plays a pivotal role in the development of teachers’ professions and character education based on technology and information.
